How it works:

Teams:

You’ll pick your team assignment preference when you register. There are three options:

  1. You’ve got a team: Provide your colleagues’ names and we’ll make sure you’re in a country team together.
  2. Sign up solo and we’ll assign you a team: To keep things as fair as possible, we’ll try to mix professors who are current customers with new users who have no prior Statecraft experience.
  3. Sign up solo and stay solo: Tell us if you want the whole country to yourself. We’ll try to accommodate these requests, but it will depend on the  total number of simulation participants.

Timing and Turn Schedule:
The sim runs asynchronously 24/7, similar to fantasy sports games. You can communicate with other teams and your colleagues through Statecraft messaging, live chat, or Statecraft Zoom.

Platform Requirements: Google Chrome preferred, compatible with mobile and tablet browsers.

Timing and Turn Schedule:
The sim will launch March 28 and run for the full 5-day conference duration. On the afternoon of April 1, we’ll announce the winner and award prizes!

  • Turn 0 – 10:00 PM March 28
  • Turn 1 – 10:00 PM March 29
  • Turn 2 – 10:00 PM March 30
  • Turn 3 – 10:00 PM March 31
  • Turn 4 – 11:59 AM April 1

Prizes:

The top 3 performing teams across all worlds at the conference will win a Gift Card:

  • 1st Place: $300 Gift Card
  • 2nd Place: $200 Gift Card
  • 3rd Place: $100 Gift Card
